I think hockey universe really want to get him the Hart and will do so as long he wins or is close to Kucherov.

I would imagine the major "consent factor" would be around dudes wanking in the room to it rather than just a potential 1 on 1 interaction. Dicey stuff after 20 years, but if they have video/phone records, it could be devastating.

The guy who put up his elbow and smashed a guy in the face did that on his own, what his intent was or was not is irrelevant as it relates to this stuff (or it should be) as it's impossible to prove 100% what someone's intent was - it's in their mind.

Since the police don’t comment, everything is a rumour but TSN has reported that they’ve talked to 3 sources that confirm they saw the video. Halifax police have said they’re dedicating significant resources to the investigation which suggests they think think there’s some there, there

2) you won't die if you don't get laid that night.

3) you won't die if you don't get piss drunk that night.

My point is more of a thought exercise. "I gave consent but I was drunk so it doesn't count" vs "I was drunk and put my Richard in someone drunk who gave consent but was drunk and didn't really give consent even though she did but the next day decided she was too drunk to give consent."

Because consent is an actual thing that has to be given and the person giving it has to have the capacity to actually give it. You can’t have sex with children even if they say sure because society has determined that they don’t have the capacity to give consent. It’s the same thing with being too drunk to give consent.

On the flip side, there are certain acts that society prohibits drunk or not (unless you are so intoxicated you’ve ,ost control of your body.
