I guess my point is how many of those contenders have those prospects to trade and/or even picks? There is a limited number of teams, further trimmed down, by teams that want/need Monahan.

I think bigger moves for upgrades up front are more likely to happen in the off-season.HuGo might just be trying to stockpile the biggest pool assets possible they can get to make the deal they want.

Monahan gets dealt for whatever they can get.

Not expecting much else, other than possibly being a middle man in someone else's trade by taking on an expiring contract for cap space or flipping/retaining salary as part of a larger deal.

My buddy who runs our tech team (hardware) told me this morning that a VP called him at 8pm on Sunday in a panic that he restarted his computer and lost all of his data. He was freaking out and panicking...turned out...he had logged into default user login instead of his personal account on the computer.

Well all the managers in our IT departement quit. The two tech are probably about to quite because they are being forced into the union. They are hiring a new director position for it because it used to be under finance which didn't really make sense. He's going to have a fun time.

Considering Kakko has a HORRIBLE season right now, I don't think his value is worth Monahan AND a a first.

Really disappointing, he looked better last season but he came out flat before getting injured this year.
