I feel they could take more chances back then.

Now, I think there is pressure to round out the roster with guys who are very likely to hit their potential - either with a high draft pick or trade for a young player who has shown value.

Just do not see that in Kakko and Kaliyev.

Can't wait for him to be back.

At this point, based on what we have seen, the only thing holding Dach back is not getting injured.

Enjoy the slower start up, get to know a few good people (receptionists and assistants are invaluable to know) and read your ass off til you slowly get up to speed.

And just never be shy to ask questions.

I went from medium stress to I think maybe mostly medium stress, but when poop gets real, high stress. Just learning the different business processes in the new job is time consuming part. Everyone has to do it their own way!

that's the best part. i never have to worry about the logistics department ever again. i deal with the company salespeople now and they have to be nice because their sales depend on what we're doing for them. before, when i dealt with the reps they were just being jerks asking if their stuff shipped yet. now they need me.
