a customer wants to buy equipment, in this case a trailer for his trucking company. the sales rep hammers out his deal and then i submit the customer's credit app to banks for approval. this guy want's $99,990 to buy a refrigerated van trailer.

this is the only thing i did all day. i literally sat on the internet from 9-1, went to lunch, came back at 2, did this at 2:30, and haven't done a damn thing since.

I got almost all the processes documented here, flows and forms, it is now pretty easy in 99% of the cases... but always that 1% that creeps up on you that takes 1/2 a day to fix.
