From what I recall of the story, she never actually met Nik. I think she purchased it through a third party agent - but she did meet his wife, who she said was beautiful. I tried lazily googling his wife, but never did find any pictures.

I think I'll take the opportunity to start watching that new "Masters of the Air" series about the B17 crews in WWII. My father in law was a ball turret gunner and that poop interests me.

I know a guy that bought a 80k kitchen on kijiji in Oakville for 5k and it came with all the appliances. Basically you need an open floor plan and reassemble the kitchen and cupboards. Came with quartz counters and everything.

The owner was a kitchen designer and just bought the house and wanted to redo the kitchen because the cupboards were white and she wanted off white or something dumb. The kitchen was only 2 years old.

Yeah. It's this. I very, very much doubt that my friend's kitchen is oriented the same way as Antropov's was. When you see the pieces I picture them in a larger more square room - with a big ass island and so on. My friend's kitchen is a gallery-ish style with a secondary end in an L-shape. But the stove and fridge are otherworldly.

My fatherinlaw was one of the toughest dudes I ever met. The type that cuts his fingertip off with a shop saw and he just reattaches it himself, tapes it up, and goes back to work. (frank)ing legend. Flew 52 (I think) missions in a B17 ball turret over Europe. He told me some crazy stories.
