Surprised it wasn't mentioned how Miller received that pass while being checked, when there was a couple other safer options. - Reubenkincade
The B’s were pressuring high so yes the safer option was forced & shoulda been taken. Most teams have figured out our PP. |

Can you break down the habits? This level of stupid sh!t has not happened in any game all season. - Quinn's Quest
This game should not define the team's playoff potential. Canucks have had the least amount of stinkers in the league. There needs to be a pattern to make Bloated's claim about this team. |

Or Pouty, or Hughes - Reubenkincade
Yup cannot argue against that tbh. Both are struggling so something has to change. |

Teams can have a stinker here & there but the optics on this one says Canucks aren’t there yet to contend. Just hoping we are not going totally all in & run this group as is come the PO’s.
Anyways it’s only 1 game & not worth going nuts over. We’ve been a bounce back team all year & just gotta do it again. Good teams do that. - Nighthawk

Who really gives a (frank) if game 51 is a dud?
Is it because it's against Boston? Would it feel better if it was against the Rangers or Lightning? |

Yup 👍
I don’t gaf. Only 1 game 👍
Yes the B’s & also the Rags always have always will since ‘94 & ‘11. TB is a team I like the way they are built & play. |

Can you break down the habits? This level of stupid sh!t has not happened in any game all season. - Quinn's Quest
Slow starts
Lazy backchecking
Losing puck battles and fly-bys
Forced passes
Just a general lack of aggression
Winning masks many bad habits. As good as this team is, there are still some areas of the game they need to work on.

Fair enough, but at least he was smart enough to put his head down and get back, unlike some other defenseman on the team. |

He did, I just wouldn't be heaping praise on the series of events |

The fact that he missed the net, or the fact that no one covered the point for him. Several things were bad about that series of events, but like Bloated said, old habits.

Yeah those nervous nellies pile on with Canucks not a Contender. Don’t want to go into the playoffs with this group. Well cry me a river sh!t can happen in a game.
It’s only disappointing wanting to see a high profile match up game. Not a season and playoff defining one. |

Lidstrom, Pranger and Niedermayer were all drafted within 4 years........ How you could list all 3 as generational is mind blowing - golfingsince
I don’t think one was clearly better than the other, I also don’t believe this idea you can only have one. OV and Crosby are both imo. |

The quest for the perfect team. Except there is no such thing.
No team has played systems as good as the Canucks this season. We've heard it from coaches and players on opposing teams. This is not a season where the goalie has covered all these warts you just listed... far from it. Demko has been average since the holidays. That's the only way they would have these results if this team suffers from so many bad habits.
The Canucks have had so few games like this. When we talk about poor play, it's usually in terms of a period... not a game. |

Flames pissed the Bruins off. I’m sure there were words spoken.
Calgary winning 2-1, Kuzmenko having a great game. How’s Lindy doing? |
