-4 on the night - Reubenkincade
Kuzmenko coughs up the puck on the Flames pp for a shorty, then scores the 4-2 goal with 9 mins left in the game. Guy loves to plays hockey. |

Petey’s tendencies are an easy read as soon as he stops skating he gets pinned & pressured up high on the boards near the blue line time after time. He has to adjust is all. If he doesn’t beat the check it goes bad so he needs an outlet or an option & not let the pressure win. Quick give & go or down low on a quick one touch. Holding onto the puck too long gets him in trouble. - Nighthawk
Tooch called this low hockey IQ, but fanboys disagreed, lol |

I think my gripe is how they are losing, not that it is a loss. Ugly performance tonight in an important game for the fans. Come out and lay an egg. Doesn't make me happy so I'm voicing my displeasure.
Hope the fanboys can deal with that. - bloatedmosquito
Nobody can like this performance. Forget it & move on. Short memory. |

I just see it happen so often I swear it’s GroundHog Day lol
Some will read & see it as hating Petey but idgaf. Every top player will face my ire & Toc’s as it turns out. Petey doesn’t read this crap & doubt he would even care but it sure gets panties bunched in here 🤪 |

Yup. Not nearly as bad as in previous seasons, but still lack aggression.
Not going to worry too much, as the Bruins have been the best regular season team over the past few seasons. |

Bruins were getting boo'd in their own building last game. Looks like they moved on from a poop game and still considered a contender. |

They have lost the least amount of games in the league. Only a couple of teams are close. I would it give more consideration if they lost more than 3 or 4 games a month. - boonerbuck
Don't get me wrong Booner, that 2023/24 President's Trophy poster is going to look sweet hanging in my rec room!
To be honest, I'm hoping for a bit more this season. I think that hope is justifiable considering the moves made by management so far. They obviously think the team is close to being cup competitive too.
This kind of game tells me to throttle back on my expectations a bit.

Been saying don't invest in these clowns for the trade deadline and now this. What do the fanboys see in the skinny? Problem is people are so stupid they will actually pay money to watch the giant head disappoint us and that is why he has management and ownership scared to lose him. Dude has NO personality but he owns 100k fanboys in this province, it's pathetic. He's a detriment to this team, Canucks need to trade him |

I mean.... when someone complains about 1 player 72 times in a single thread that had a life of 2 days... yeah, some will call that hate. But it's you throwing the posts at people accusing them of being a broken record.

Bruins are good & not by fluke. Doesn’t matter if I hate them either so I’ll give credit where credit is due. They play a very smart low mistake team game that any team should emulate. Bruins hockey. |

I’m not advocating your message but nobody is untouchable if PA thinks he has to do what he believes is best. Petey is owed nothing but a raise but he isn’t elite as in top 5. In PA I trust. |

Pouty, Problem Child and Huggy were brutal tonight. |

Petey got benched tonight? Toc should have benched him 2 months ago and that is the problem, He has been encouraged to SUCK by this organization, and so he sucks. Idiots |

You sure freak out a lot about what he is going to get paid for someone who trusts that management will do what is best. It looks like you have no faith when you fill up so many threads with fretting over his contract.

What a fkn idiot.
Only the 3d line had more minutes than Petey's line. Even Miller had less minutes. |

It's not just the team game it is the years and years of culture that they have that makes them the top organization in this league. |

Thx but no thx for the history lesson.
Your golden boy disappeared tonight but he had plenty of company. Yes my ire will always be directed at the higher paid players on my team & others. 4-5/10.5m
Still haven’t seen your offer & don’t go to your go to about what PA or whatever he will do &/or offer. Lol |

I disagree with the bold. A person can be a smoker, quit for some time, and then go right back to it. Hence it's called a bad habit.
Season after season, this team played soft and at times were easy to play against. That "softness" was evident this season but they were winning. Didn't matter as much. But when we got Big Z, many were happy that he had a reputation of truculence because it was something this team lacked. Call it a killer instinct. Cup winners always have it. Our team needs to find theirs. - bloatedmosquito
This strikes me as long suffering Canuck syndrome. This seasons wins are not masking a team softness from past years.
Take a deep breadth. It’s a disappointing game. However, this is not how the Canucks have played all season.
