I am a fan of both the Leafs and the Habs. Trading Sergachev was a monumental mistake. As for Slafkovsky, he is/was not a generational talent. But if you watch him play, his progression is beyond incredible. I don't think a single Habs fan would change the pick. Biased opinion here, but I fully expect a breakout season next year. Kid just turned 19. They don't all just jump in the league at a ppg.

Drouin just never clicked in Tampa, although he appears to be enjoying a bit of a renaissance with the Avs now.

Sergachev has been solid for the Lightning. Well worth the price paid. His game isn't perfect, but he's easily the best Tampa d-man not named Hedman.

Oleksiak is one of the big 4. They dont have a lot of ready D to replace him. The cost is gonna be extremely high there to convince RF to move him, not to mention convincing him to waive his ntc, and Lilly wont cut it. They already have Dunn and Evans as puck movers. Schultz and Dumo likely are the ones they look at moving out.

Some think Lagesson is better than Lilly, but we want to move Lilly for value?

They'd have to fall pretty far I think but Oleksiak has a couple more years left on his deal and Seattle made what, the conference finals recently? I think they'd sell of bit parts like Schultz if they were out of it at the deadline.
