Each moves has such a ripple effect throughout the organization. It reveals to me how little (if any) structure is in place with this front office.

This will be the 4th rebuild, this is the 3rd time IMO that the major concerns are up in the suites not on the ice. Regardless of this fact, that forces you to move out talented players (usually entering their prime) to ensure the new regimes culture is at the standard it needs to be at without the bad taste in some players mouths.

These players that GMs constantly glaze over, a lot of them are in need of a different opportunity. These players can likely be had for a reasonable price. Yet the guy in charge won't make these moves, and will settle on comfort and known quantities instead.

Krebs had 22pts in 48games in his first year with us. Sorry to say, but that is good for a 21yo. His ppg pace has went steadily down each year as he's gotten more and more time with SirFalls and Okslowpoke, yet less overall ice time.

From what I was told, if Kevin Adams was so concerned about this season he would make his moves now and not wait for other teams or the trade deadline. To much loyalty for Okposo, Girgensons and Johnson. 3 players that have no business being here still. The players are saying it with out actually saying it after games, WE NEED A CHANGE, this is not working and it seen daily. Can't blame all the coaches, players are to blame also, leaving the team hanging out to dry with these 3 goalies was a very bad decision. There is no urgency from Adams or Pegulla.
