Greig has to "answer" for it? He did something so egregious that he deserves a stick to the head? If all the posters liking Reilly's passion had stated "he dropped the gloves with Greig" Then fine!....But he didn't, He Clipped the kid in the head with his stick(real tough)... I really(really) like what both players did. But Reilly gets two games. Greig. None!
And Santo? When the Leafs are fighting for points this season. Let's wait and see if those "2 points" come into play or not.

I think that because the Ottawa player was a d-bag, Rielly could have gotten off with a simple one-game instigator penalty if he wanted to man up and fight. But, he didn't. He led with the stick...to the head.

If you are a Leafs fan, and it were a Leaf getting crosschecked in the head, what would you want?

But why? These guys are the modern day version of gladiators. I want to see them compete. I want to see a code of honor being followed and enforced. Good on Rielly.

That being said, there is no doubt in my mind he wasn't targeting the head/neck. Rielly isn't a dirty player like that. Take the suspension and get on with your life.
