I'm leaning towards bad pass.
It happens all the time on the PP and it drives me nuts.
Every team knows Marner is the neutral zone carrier so they put two guys on him, and the Leafs refuse to adjust.

Marner should play with another quality passer up the middle for exactly this reason. Probably why he had success in brief windows with Domi.

Keefe is always trying to stack the top six, most teams can handle a two line team. The goal should be to ice a deep top 3 lines up front, odds are the third line gets through most nights. Let Marner drive his own line, bump JT to third and have him harvest with some decreased minutes against lesser competition.
