Unless they’re 100% committed to splitting these 50/50 this is real dumb. Just take mika off pp1 and replace him with laf.

Pitlick has been better defensively this year by a lot. Neither adds anything offensively. Goodrow can play center but so can edstrom. ME PERSONALLY, I believe pitlick should stay in a Goodrow come out. But whatever. It’s not going to sink us. So sassy lol

Minute for each. I see this lasting one PP and then they go back to how it usually is lol. They just need to shoot more. They’ve been very pass happy out there on PP

The good sign is they’ve won recently and the PP has been the pits. Complete 180 before January hit

HOWEVER, it's a problem having a forward on a capped out team who is taking a 3.6 mil cap hit who only has one meaningless goal in 50 games

This is the reality the nhl has created. In a hard cap league its not personal against the player but you cant overpay players. Creates too many holes after

I like it because it’s not the “omg be quiet he’s swinging” aspect of it. Players are cool with it so it’s just a different feel. And yea 99% of the fans are wasted it’s called the Peoples Open now (unofficially). A lot of them are wearing costumes too in support of whatever guy they’re rooting for

To circle back, Morgan Reilly's hit on Greig was nothing like Dale Hunter. At least in that Hunter was just an bumhole, where Greig's actions deserved a consequence and a message. A crosscheck to the hip or a shot with a gloved hand would not send that message.
Reilly will get about 6 games, as he should. And no one across the league will disrespect their opponent like that again. As they should not.
