You have to love the effort.
Not faulting Peterson on either goal but every shot against him makes me nervous.
Laughts with a monster game. His best of the season? 1st round draft pick or bust! Gonna be bust đ |

Flyers have played 4 more games than Pittsburgh. Even if Pitt wins all four games, weâd still be one point ahead of them. Devils and Islanders both canât catch up. Right now only the Flyers have a say on what happens next in terms of making the playoffs. |

train keeps a rolling. cant wait for the trade deadline.
Would really like the nhl to adopt something similar to the NBA. Have some type of buyout window after he trade deadline.
See the cement head also no going with the 11/7 format. Lappy so innovative. - hello it's me 2050
Would also like to see the trade deadline moved up. March is way too late in the season.
Will never happen though part of the Bettman initiative to keep a false sense of parity similar to the current points system. |

I know our fractious fans will divide as to their disappointment in that a ten-game streak, win or lose, is about impossible now. |

If the Flyers win a big Saturday night game... and no fans at home see it... does Tortorella make a noise at the presser? đĄ - ForeverFlyer16
Iâm so sick of these idiots winning every game. I wish theyâd stop trying. đ€Ș
Anyone see Reilleyâs cross check to greigâs face after he scored on an empty net last night? Haha. He snapped and went full dale hunter on turgeon. Of course, leafs fans saw no issue with it. Clowns. |

He should have been the main option all along with how bad our pp has been. He has the skill set to excel in that role. Probably just needs more time to acclimate to the team etc. |

I will take it a step further. they should keep him their the rest of the year to get him acclimated and comfortable. unless he is totally incompetent of course.
anyone have any faith they will get rid of rocky after the year? I do not as the PP has been better is they will use that as the reason to keep him. |

Apparently it is an unwritten code, you can't take a slapshot into an empty net ??? It was a DBAG move by him Reily, Leaf fans will always be the worst

all kidding aside the flyers imo are in a very good spot if they really want to take the next 2 steps forward in this supposed rebuild.Â
they have pieces other teams I think would really want. They can sell high on all of them. Some of these teams are hurting for Dman. Walker and Seeler can def help these teams. Risto? I myself do not believe any of these trade rumors. If you can move him with 0 retention you easily do it. He played the least amount of minutes yet again last night. Would even offer a mid rd pick back to dump him.
Danny is in the drivers seat to me. I also think some of these teams may want to make moves now before they fall too far out or to put some breathing room between them.Â
excluding MM flyers have no real elite/blue chip prospects coming up. No slam dunks. They need to acquire picks/prospects/young nhl players to help in that area. The more you have the more moves you allow yourself to make to improve.
Take a look at TK and how long it took him to get to the level he is at now. Flyers do not even have a TK in the system. If the other prospects still need a few years to raise their game signing TK is the wrong move. He will clearly be on the wrong side of his "prime" when ready to contend.Â
Sanheim, no idea what the market would be for him though it would be smart to check it out. He has an ok contract plays a game that shouldn't deteriorate. Think teams would be interested seeing how many seem to lack quality players on the backend. Now would they want to move him? he is never going to be a top pair dman. solid 2nd pair guy which is what teams can use.Â
with the hart extra cap space they need to utilize that space. It remains to be seen if they will. To not is bad business.Â
dont want to hear danny on the job only less than year. This deadline he can shape this team for the future in a very positive way. he needs to be proactive and not a scared dog. |

We could really load up on picks in these next couple drafts. Have a feeling the deadline could be a Walker trade only. |

I donât think the Flyers are willing to sacrifice the playoffs to wheel and deal at the deadline. A lot of these rumored deals can wait until the offseason. The writing may be on the wall for Walker. As a potential playoff team, I think this team should always be concerned with depth on the back end. |

As of now weâre set to pick 23, 30, and 36. That bjâs 2nd rounder looking better and better. Ammunition to move up if desired |

they can also get prospects/young nhl ready players instead of picks imo. That is the route I may choose. |

another reason to acquire as many picks/prospects. to use in other potential deals.
i mentioned this before, how desperate are the avs to move johanson either in a deal with laughton involved or just a straight up cap dump? what would they give up? also have the torts angle. |

Maybe it was an unwritten rule Iâm not aware of but regardless, it was a stupid reaction from Reilly. Now he could face a stiff suspension in an important time of year. I think in that instance, you maybe grab him and try to fight but cross check to the head after the whistle. Wow. And youâre right. Leafs fans are the worst. |

Absolutely, and sometimes thatâs better than a first if youâre talking about a return from a really good team. Pick #28 not as good as an A prospect |
