At this point, is there any difference between the Superbowl and Wrestlemania? I don't think so, and frankly if I am watching purely for entertainment, Wrestlemania is the better event.

The second half of the Super Bowl was pretty dam good.

York can't and won't. York is a good player but he is 2nd pairing at best. He doesn't have high level skill or speed. Drysdale has the potential to be a top pairing defenseman due to his skating, ability on puck retrievals and puck movement and precision passing ability. He needs to get a lot better defensively though. It is a must for the Flyers to get that stud defenseman. They won't go anywhere without it.

I have to agree here. As much as it pains me.

They certainly cut away to Kelce on the sidelines enough. Not on the field, or not directly involved in the play and kept cutting away to him.

It was, but wasn't it all .. I don't know, too obvious, almost too rehearsed? I mean I had zero doubt in my mind that KC would drive down the field and at least tie the score before the end of regulation. I also had zero doubt that KC would not win in OT. Just the non-stop mentioning of KC with the Patriots, it was all just too obvious to me.

One friendly bet I made last night was the number of times Taylor Swift would be shown during the game. Officially she was shown 12 times and I had greater than 15. I thought for sure I would win that bet at least

Certainly not rehearsed and it was dam fun the watch. The brilliance of the play calling by Andy Reid and the play of Mahomes is what it's all about. If you can't appreciate that, there is something wrong with you. Let me guess, you hate the Chiefs.

Exactly, they kept cutting away to show him with a blank stare while he was sitting on the bench. I'm like, am I missing something? Who cares what he is doing when he is on the bench?

Wow, I certainly thought it was more than 12 times, but then again we weren't really counting and the beers were flowing. I would have thought that you would have won that bet going away.

Travis Kelce comes across as a dbag. Mr Pfizer I should say. It’s not T Swift’s fault they pan to her so much. I’m not a fan by any means. I’m not into any celebrity hype. Most of them are just as screwed up as the rest of us.

Agreed..I have been a Patriots fan since 1986, and that was shades of Brady at his best. Down double digits, struggling to get anything going...

I personally enjoyed the game, not having any stakes in it and just watching for entertainment value. I also admit that I was happy for Kelce and Swift..lol

I don't find wrestling entertaining at all. My dogs give me more entertainment.

Legendary playcalling by Big Red in the clutch last night. The touchdown call was a masterstroke. No denying it now. Andy Reid is one of the best coaches ever. And Mahomes couldn’t be denied.

Loved watching the Ninaaaas lose like that too!

Agreed. I've been a huge pro wrestling fan, not lately though. Especially the NWA world wide wrestling era back in the 80's into the 90's. The Attitude era of the WWE. It's an art form.

After hearing that story about Shanahan trying to convince Brady to unretire in the offseason, couldn't help but think even at 46 he probably wins that game for the 9ers.

Yeah, I've always liked Kelce as a football player, but I have to admit that I was hoping that the Niners would prevail last night and he was part of the reason. I don't hate on Taylor Swift as many folks seem to do. I'm totally sick of hearing about her, but as you said that isn't her fault.

So...what are you saying? Rigged outcome?

I just think it is that Kansas City is so good, the ONLY comparables is the Patriots.....You had no doubts because Kansas City is that team...the one that does come back and Mahomes is good enough to already be getting ranked up there. Just like Brady was at Mahomes age. The thought of a first ever three peat is really exciting.

As far as Swift...it would be a massive marketing failure on the NFL's behalf if they didn't play it up. Free press and being tied to the biggest star on the planet.

I don't think it is just Philly fans. The Niners whine about everything. They did it all week leading up to the game. I cannot wait to hear the excuse for yesterday.

Dumb move by the Niners to take the ball first in OT and then settle for a FG. Chiefs didn't even get any calls yesterday. They just executed in the second half and OT.

They didn't, and I thought a couple of the ball spots were off. Kelce did get the first down, the replay seemed to show it. It doesn't matter because they got it anyways, but I did think to myself that nobody can say the refs helped the Chiefs yesterday.

No .. not at all .. I don't hate the Chiefs, why should I? Mahomes is a great player. I'm just saying overall the game was boring and even at the end it was just was not thrilling for me, it was expected. So from an entertainment value perspective, it was low for me.
