i'm getting a little busier as i learn the new stuff, which is nice. like you said, time feels like it goes faster when we're busy with something to do.

i'm getting it now. i am the department where the car salesman goes when he tells you "i have to go talk to my finance manager", only we're not selling cars. my new boss actually comes from working in finance for car dealerships.

New job keeps me moderately busy... heavy busy points are hectics, but ebbs and flows during the day, with enough down time to relax, finish paperwork, and take a breath. Maybe even go for a short walk, if it is nice out.

Being a parent, and a friend of multiple teachers, the amount of stuff ignored by parents is unreal. We always respond to our teachers, unless it's an email blast.

One of my kids, first semester of secondary done, finished with an average of 88.5 and actually managed to score 100% (?!!!?!!) in computer science. Yeah, it's grade 9, but none too shabby!
