tuck your chin to your chest (breast). do not let your teeth bang together on impact. arms straight out. you want everything from your elbows, into your shoulders, down to your hips to hit the mat at the same time so it all absorbs the impact together. then immediately slam your hands down on the mat to make the loudest sound possible.
