oh I completely agree. and you can tell with Slaf that the new management team are actually doing their homework and are trying to properly assess the kind of players they're drafting, not only their skillsets but also their attitude, and how they'll fit within the organization (as opposed to a guy like KK for example, where it seems the evaluation may have been slightly inaccurate lol...). it's not an exact science but some are better at it than others.
