I like hoppy beers. I don't particularly like that nearly everything is super hoppy though. I like variety.

SO EXPENSIVE BUT SO GOOD

$3.50 a bottle here. That's not that much more than anything else for us. Everything is expensive lol.

Super hoppy for me is an IPA. I will occasionally drink a non BPL beer, and tend to enjoy it. But Pils/Lager/Pale Ale/Bitter/IPA is 9/10 what I reach for.

Dav-o has inspired me to keep the palate door open, however.

I've had wheat beers with intense citrus hops and even the Derniere Volonte beer I had recently was really hoppy even though it's a Belgian style ale. Derniere Volonte is actually excellent but I'm not convinced that we need to throw a truckload of hops into every beer lol.

I need some reason to pay $7 a glass for stuff that feels like I just drank a pancake.

But it's all interesting, some of it is even quite good.

Doesn't specify type of beer. Imagine someone making these with an IPA?

Stout or porter required, for sure.

Best Tasting:Mill Street Wit....tasty White Belgian Ale, but not a poopty brew like Hoegarden. Brewed in TO, and expensive. Worth it if you like a bit of flavour

Best for Boozin: Busch. at 4.7% it goes down easy but hits harder than a light beer. Plus the price is right and it tastes better than Canadian or Bud.

Worst: Any Cider beer...Strongbow.
