2012 release. ripped one bottle open and realized that as much as i love hoppy beers, i'm not a big fan of hoppy barleywines. i'm gonna cellar 4 of these and open them up over the next 4 years. should tone down the hops quite a bit as they go.

Morgan's is meant to be alcoholic candy. That's why it's so sweet and why it has a lower than normal ABV. Sailor Jerry is more of a proper spiced rum.

i'll peep it after the bottle of krakken i have is kicked. i enjoyed the krakken. not bad, def a better spiced flavor. killer in egg nog.
