So many good beers on this page. My fav Innis & Gunn so far is probably their spiced rum cask even though it has poop reviews. At least out of the regular edition ones. I liked the 2011 Canada day one the most but that doesn't count.

SOB I spilled 1/4 of my last pint of beer on the night right on my groin area. Lmao. Such poor form on my part. It'll happen when you primarily drink 7.5% pints though. Stupid strong IPAs lol. Damn you Nickel Brook Dry-Hopped Headstock cask ale. Dangerously delicious.

I hate when I do stupid poop like that. It was made even worse by having multiple friends around to harass me about it.

Good beers though. I even got a free belgian ale glass (not stolen, I don't do that)!

Worst beer on the night was Sawdust City How Do You Say Monkey In Latin? Dubbel IPA. I don't know why but it was basically undrinkable to me. It almost tasted like pretzels or something.. but maybe that was just me being drunk and stupid.

Just went on a bit of a spree: Big Rock Rye & Ginger Ale, BR Dunkel, Unibroue Taster pack, I&G Canada Day (finally found it), Granville Island Kitsilano Maple Cream. Had to stop myself They had a St. Ambroise Sampler case that I almost grabbed too. Hopefully it'll be there next time.

Interested to try the Big Rock Brew Master stuff ... regular Big Rock products are pretty decent ... Trad, Warthog, Grasshopper ... so I'm curious how their specialty brews compare.

You know, I once had a beer that tasted *exactly* like onions... and I couldn't figure out why it tasted like onions, and who would make such a beer... and a few gulps later, I saw the nacho with onion attached at the bottom.

I was in rough shape last night. I wasn't paying any attention to the fact that I was drinking pints of 7.5% beer all night. I bet that monkey latin beer was probably not even bad, my taste buds just didn't work anymore.

Not hard to imagine that after a few IPAs of any proof, your taste would be less than reliable... I can't have too many hop bombs at a time... kills me.

i find it's best to have no more than two IPAs when out for drinks or else your tongue just goes into hop overload.
