Great beer selection there

I've never had this version bottled for Tesco but it's Harviestoun's Old Engine Oil so it should be great.

Had to keep with the store brand theme lol.

Big Rock Dunkel is pretty good.



Cold and out of the bottle you get hints of licorice almost. Found it mellowed a bit as it warmed up in a glass. Nice and malty. I'd get it again, not as good as Erdinger's, but solid.

I like the Orkney stuff. Dark Island is a good one too if you find it. The Mrs. picked up a bottle of the Dark Island Special Reserve ... super good.

Hoping to drink a bunch of random Quebec beers I've never tried from the 4th-11th since I'll be in Quebec on a fishing trip.

On my list (and in stock) are:

Les Trois Mousquetaires Doppelbock
Les Trois Mousquetaires Weizenbock
Les Trois Mousquetaires Hopfenweisse
Les Trois Mousquetaires Kellerbier
The entire Charlevoix bottled lineup more or less. So many Belgian style ales.. mmm.
The entire Brasseur Du Temps lineup more or less
The entire Unibroue bottled lineup more than likely
The entire DDC bottled lineup more than likely
Bunch from the La Voie Maltee brewery
Bunch of stuff from Le Naufrageur

And a bunch that are too french sounding for me to even remember lol. I've got a list of specific beers I've wanted to try anyway so I won't be blindly buying anything.

Non of this will mean anything to anyone outside of Quebec probably. Most of these can't be bought outside the province even though they're absolute gems.
