Same here. I really want to do it but I don't have the space. I don't want my house to smell like a brewery and for the styles I'd want to make I'd need a lot of storage space. If I had a garage or something I'd be set.

Making my own beer is something I plan on doing in the future though. Making my own sours, etc would be incredible.



Got myself another one of these. They are so mediocre but I can't help but like them.

having the hof ten dormaal barrel aged project #9 right now and man it's boozy, maybe it'll mellow as it warms up

Got a 6 over Christmas. I agree nothin special, but decent. I liked the golden lager in particular.

It's hard to tell if things get less boozy as they warm or if I'm just getting a bit drunk by that point and can't tell anymore lol.

not sure which of those is the reason but it's definitely happening

Got one of these today. I'm hoping it's at least as good as Vitus (which was a bit disappointing) but would be shocked it was as good as Aventinus.

if you ever need to fly out of the munich airport, stay at the erding brewery. 10 minute drive from the airport, has a nice old town square and you can sit and drink fresh erdinger beers until it's time to stumble up to your room.
