smoked or saisons?

I've never found a saison I could genuinely say I enjoyed. Found a few ok ones, but they all seem to have this weird flavor I can't get past.

i had one 2 christmases ago and still can't get the taste out of my mouth.

Fantome is incredible. I like Saison Dupont too but it's really similar to most decent saisons. Fantome is like twice as intense as most saisons but still perfectly balanced.

Charlevoix may be the best brewery in Canada for Belgian type beers. It's weird how unknown they are. I guess it's because most of their beers can't be found outside Quebec.

Pit Caribou's No.13 Tennessee Imperial Porter is the smoothest, most treacherous 10% beer I've ever had. Black candy.

Hate the wax-covered top, though.

Make it a Lupulus if you can. I'm still waiting for that to make it on tap over here. We get the dubbel and sometimes tripel but that's about it. They even mysteriously disappeared during the cask days event in Toronto in October. They were on the list when it was first announced but then they weren't there. So disappointed.
