White pepper saison aged in ice red wine barrels. The wine started to kick in mid-bottle. Very good.

Surprisingly, not that much. Was pretty subtle. "kicked in" might have been a tad much.


Also had their ginger beer, aged in rum barrels. Was great with sushis.

I don't really see how their microbrew scene could get any better to be honest. What's coming out of Quebec is already miles ahead of what we're seeing from anywhere else in Canada.
