Éphémère Cranberry, brought a few home after picking it up in the LCBO, ordered a case of 48 shipped, arrived yesterday...I don't know why but I'm in lesbians with this beer. It isn't the best, but I (frank)ing love it. Too refreshing by half and contains a surprisingly natural tasting cranberry flavour. Beloved cranberry

It's super thin bodied but it doesn't taste bad. I'm not big on fruit beers but the cherry one is still better than most.

Hired out of university, paid me what would have taken me about 8-10 years of slogging for promotions in Ontario would have done, and saved me from what happened to my best friend who had a similar degree and skillset which was working in a grocery store for 2 years before finally finding a professional job or my other close friend who had to move to butt(frank) Saskatchewan to write for minimum wage in a local paper for 3 years before finding his way to a hire paying position.

In short, I sold out.

Yes, the Baltika brewery is about 3 hours away and they're trying to start a "revolution," but all they've managed to really do is make an acceptable Eastern Euro style lager (Baltika 7), some undrinkable swill (Baltika 2,3,4), one of the most mediocre porters (6) and a surprisingly excellent strong ale (9). Can't remember the rest, actually the wheat beer is disgusting as well.
