Kelpie randomly shows up in the 4-packs but it's really rare. I've had it a couple times now. The pack looks identical to the regular ones but it comes with Kelpie instead of one of the other ones.

I liked smashed pumpkin. I reluctantly came to realize I really liked their smashed blueberry too. Took a couple bottles for me to admit it though.

Founders porter was nice too. Got that last year. Couldn't decide if I liked it more than Fullers London Porter but the fact that it was that close means it was crazy good.

A friend who's beer opinion I respect has it near the bottom of his pumpkin beer list.

One of the few times where I can say I think his taste is broken.

i actually have only heard bad things about their beers but i hopped on the phone right in the aisle and checked some reviews and they were brutal for the shipyard pumpkin beer that was next to this one but pretty okay for this one. the beer advocate guy made it sound okay when he mentioned pumpkin pie and not cinnamon and nutmeg right off the bat. all the others pumpkins they had either mentioned "spices" right on the label or were "imperial" meaning they chance masking the taste with too high of an alc content for my liking.

i don't know if they're that big. just some brewery in michigan of all places.

i tried their poet beer shortly after i realized stouts and porters were really my thing. i just saw it on the shelf and had never heard of it and it blew me away.

oh, i know it's gonna be in there somewhere. but since he mentioned pumpkin pie first i am hoping it will be a little sweeter than some of the ones that kill you with nutmeg. more like the pumking was a couple years ago.

if it isn't like that i'll still drink it. i just won't love it.

it's really random what american beers we get here. we'll get poop from California yet nothing from bells which is made right in Michigan like New Holland's stuff. dumb.

Brooklyn Post Road Pumpkin is almost at the bottom of my overall beer list let alone pumpking beer list.

Absolutely vile swill that is. I like Brooklyn too. First thing I said after tasting it was "I can see why it says Post Road and not Brooklyn on the label". Would be embarrassing to be associated with that.

i don't remember what beer of theirs i tried before but it must have been bad because when i saw it in the aisle i was thinking it was one of those beers that was made by like anheuser busch or something.

i could have just been thinking of another beer though and never tried one of theirs at all. the name looked familiar though.

Their double IPA tastes like an ok barley wine lol. I think they are a fairly bad brewery but I like their pumpkin and blueberry beers for whatever reason.

went with the dead reckoning porter first.

whichever one of you guys said it was hoppier than a regular porter was bullseye.

this is by far the hoppiest porter i've ever tasted. it doesn't even feel like a porter. it's carbonated as (frank). almost feels like a soda in your mouth.

i like it and i'd buy it again. it won't be my first choice because it kind of isn't sticking with the style and there are other porters in the aisle that i'll just naturally grab first because i like porters. but it tastes good and i know i wouldn't turn one down.

big muddy vanilla stout

it's a strange beer. it's carbonated, yet flat feeling (somehow). the overwhelming flavor is vanilla, but i've had beers that tasted more vanilla-ey (breckenridge vanilla porter comes to mind).

there was almost no head when i poured it. maybe a quarter inch. probably not even.

if the last one felt like a soda in your mouth, this one tastes like a soda in your mouth. basically a root beer float, but not as creamy.

i'd drink it if someone handed it to me but i probably won't buy it again.

the one thing it has going for it for sure is that it smells fan(frank)ingtastic. like vanilla and sugar.
