okay, now here's a 10% that i could drink.

we split the bottle between people because i had to drive in a bit so i didn't drink more than probably half of it. but it's a strong chocolate milk shake. twas enjoyable.

Wrong thread, but sure.

Mussels, crawfish, clams - the roux was really excellent, heavy just short of gravy consistency with a slow burn heat that hung out on your palate without growing too much or overpowering anything. Rice was jasmine and just enough to integrate into the dish without making it a casserole.

To start, got pickled fried green tomatoes and a cup of gumbo.

Sadly not. There's a great spot called Shango here in town. It's pretty much my favorite cuisine as well.

One of the reasons I want to go back to Munich. Wanted to have dinner there, but it was full due to the Oktoberfest. Never had their beers but I heard they were awesome.

Yep, usually able to find it in Sask so can't imagine it would be hard to find elsewhere. Their Weizenbock is also one of my favs.

Celebrator is the only beer from them that is 100% a must-have. The rest are really good but they aren't top of their styles like Celebrator is.
