I split two bottles with someone and the first bottle was kind of nasty. It smelled great but it tasted a bit like baking soda lol. I was unimpressed. Something was wrong with it.

The second bottle was great though. It reminded me of Brookyln Sorachi Ace somewhat except more boozy.

kind of unrelated but schneider's entire lineup is significantly better at 6 months or more than it is fresh, even their hoppy one (hopfenweisse). i only figured that out relatively recently. i need to try that with all wheat beers now.
