i bet even saying the word "kit kat" is potentially dangerous for his soft (so soft) mouth roof

My son was eating some crackers and they had hard edges and he didn't like the feel of them at first. I was so worried he had schvingtermouth.

I tried to be creative and added mangos and a habenero. The recipe was supposed to make a low 7% abv but when it was finished I calculated mine to be 9.14%. So it has a alcoholy/malty/spicy taste in a bad way though

Used the exact same grainbill and yeast for my two IPAs

1st one
OG = 1.072
FG = 1.023

2nd one
OG = 1.057
FG = 1.008



So I'll just say that I achieved the same ABV with both.
