The cat piss aroma that prevailed at bottling has completely disappeared. Dry and super fruity. A load of mangos and pineapple, less citrusy than the Amarillo-Simcoe-Centennial one. Nice bitter finish.

i think all the ones these places offer are poopty and cheap and they just offer them because they are italian and they are italian restaurants.

i usually just end up drinking gin and tonics or bourbon at their bars instead.
