Dark ale, not quite a porter (no coffee notes). Spice is very present but never too much. My #1 holiday beer.

I've walked by it and considered picking up a 6-pack over the weekend. I went with Two Brother's Revelry instead - which is a great imperial red ale, BTW.

St Peter's Winter Ale and Bernardus Christmas Ale are my favs. I guess I'd try the Anchor Steam one if we had it though, sounds decent.

it's pretty good. nothing spectacular but solid and very enjoyable.

dark AF (one of the darkest beers i think i've ever seen) and smells pretty much like it's a cup of coffee.

id definitely drink this again.

surprised by the schlafly coffee stout.

never heard of it and wasn't expecting much.

it's not as good as yesterday's beer but it isn't the disaster i was fearing.

it's smooth and creamy with proper carbonation and has pretty good coffee and chocolate taste going on.

two thumbs up, schlafly. now i just wish i knew how to say your name.
