that bellwoods chocolate coconut imperial stout was damn fine and i really like choklat from southern tier so there are exceptions but im still not a gimmick beer guy

i like chocolate beers, i like coffee porters and stouts (but apparently not this cold brewed cream ale bullpoop), some of the citrus fruit beers are okay, haven't really found a cranberry or raspberry or whatever beer that was any good.

a hundred years ago when the boston lager cherry wheat was all the rage i sat in a dorm room at rowan college and thought to myself "how am i going to finish this?"

I've never had that one. But orange peel and coriander in my beer is just not my style.



I think the only one I genuinely like from the style is Kronenberg's blanc. But I also recognize that it's more of a soda than a beer.

never heard of them but this beer was very very good. grabbed some for my favorite byob chinese joint and really enjoyed it.

nice hop pop to it. went great with duck and with my go-to sliced pork in peking sauce.

i'm giving it a solid 8.8 s2tp's

now this was 9% and a little more than i really wanted in that department but it was a good beer to sit and sip.

it's probably higher on other people's scale but it's about a 7.85 s2tp jawn on my personal scale.

good but i only drank one and then went back to other beers.

this is another beer that you can drink one of and then you move on but it's a good novelty beer.

tastes just like their sweet baby jesus only with a little added coffee bitterness.
