you should. especially if you're buying an ipa.

if an ipa gets old it tastes nothing like it's supposed to. the hop taste is gone and all you get is the malt taste.

you may think you hate a beer you would actually love.

like i know i have to give oskar blues ipa another shot because everyone says it's really good but the six pack i had was so bad that i don't even remember if i could finish it.

ipa was invented to go on british boats on their way to india as the extra hops kept the beer from rotting, so toward the end of the trip did the beer taste bad but wouldn't make them sick ?

i know i've done the one on the left but i don't remember if i've done the cape may ipa on the right there.

it was very good. the hops i'm looking for with a nice snappy pine/citrusyness going on. especially the citrus.

i was surprised by how good this beer was.
