I just had a smash beer I brewed a few weeks ago. Maris otter and a lot of late addition mosaic, with a bunch for the whirlpool and then used cryo hops for the dry hop. It came out really good. 4.2/5

Nailed the target abv too at 7%

also got more of the tonewood freshies ipa and i'm drinking it now. just as good as ever.

it's flying fish. i've never been a yuge fan, but it's another new jersey brewery. i can throw a stone to the building but i've never gone to see if they have a tour or anything.



this one's nice though. probs my favorite flying fish beer yet.

very hoppy with a pretty fair amount of grapefruit and maybe some pineapple or something to it. nice bitterness at the end. that little tingle on your tongue you get. you know what the (frank) i'm taking about.
