One of my absolute fav's, an nice seasonal one from Real Ale Brewery in Blanco, TX in the lovely Hill Country. It's a robust porter with a dry finish. Brewed with organic fair trade coffee from Katz Coffee Roasters and just a great bear for the cooler weather.

dieu du ciel is an awesome brewery... only problem is I don't know anywhere in Ontario that actually carries their stuff. Gotta go to Quebec to get it
