Nah you gotta make your own success! Look at the Leafs for example - refs constantly screw them over then the league did with that nutso 5 gamer for their best dman. What did they do? Won 3 in a row and will now have a winning record during the stretch without their best dman. So they essentially made it that a jerkoff player got a stick to the head for being an idiot AND they went on a streak. It made the team better.
