What Torts finds to be inconsistent is different from what the fan who isn’t in the locker room believes is consistent. Torts gave Frost praise for his game against Arizona and deservingly so. He played aggressive, lead the rush and played in the middle, which Frost doesn’t normally. If this changes, it’s inconsistency on Frost’s part. When Torts gives an explanation, that’s all we need to know.

Because they see that Torts seems to single out Frost for his inconsistencies while ignoring those of Tippett, Farabee, Cates, etc etc etc. They see the hypocrisy.

My point is not to rehash Morgan Frost, but yesterday's presser lasted 46 seconds with only 2 questions asked, and yet one of those questions was about Frost, and I don't understand why the media keeps asking about Frost, when as you said several players on the team are not consistent right now. For example, Atkinson is in a slump again, Farabee has been fighting it lately, etc. It's only been two games from Torts stating Frost had the best game he has seen since becoming coach.

So from my perspective there was no reason to ask about Frost yesterday. The media is just trying to create drama, and I am calling them out for that.

Not really since the Flyers have already proved this year they can beat anyone. But the Flyers can't leave points on the floor against teams that they are clearly better than, teams like San Jose, Arizona, and Chicago. These are the points that if not realized keep bubble teams from the playoffs. The Flyers need to win against the teams they are supposed to beat, and split games with playoff teams and they should be good.

That's pretty easy to figure out and I'm not shocked that you don't know the answer to that. The media keeps asking because the coach has singled out Frost repeatedly and has not treated him fairly.
