I'm tired and stressed out just reading this! My wife does HIIT and all of this stuff everyday. Costs a fortune but worth it to keep her busy (and fit).
I'm a ride the bike and push a bit of weight guy ...I know, it won't get me ripped but it gets me away from Dad bod and back to semi-athletic bod. With my handsome face a ripped bod would only create problems - it'd get my wife asking too many questions. I don't need that poop man! - The Law
Understood Lawsie you handsome devil!!!
I do the mountain climbers before I lift weights.
I'm over 50 and tall/thin, so a dad bod for me is not the same, it's called "skinny-fat, b1tch-tits" not strong, cuddly.

I get the munchies at 4pm, 7:30pm and 9pm which maked it tuff. - dmnted
Carrots and celery and fruit, but avoid anything at 9pm on. My crash diet for the hernia had this as well as unlimited salad so could fill up without really taking the hit and avoid late night but drink lots of water to fill the stomach up

Nice. I did sunflower for a while but then I would think to myself that I'm still (frank)ing up the fast so may as well go find anything and everything. And I usually do.
Slippery slope my friend. |

I think Borgen Crouse Laughton Larsson sounds best. - Whipper
Jesus... no way Kraken are giving up most of their set four on d. Don't have the assets to pry them out of there at all Kraken are not moving Big Rig or Larsson out of their top 3. Nobody to replace them with and the d corp is built around them. Borgen I would say is a long shot maybe. RF chose to develop and bring him along and let Soucy go, so unless he utterly tosses in the towel on him, he isn't one of the surplus they have. Kraken really will likely unload Schultz who is in the last year of the contract, and maybe Dumo off the back end.
Kraken really likely have Eberle, Wennberg, Bellmare, Yamamoto, and Tatar up front, Schultz, maybe Dumo, and Dreidger in net that could be moved. For Leafs out of that group Wennberg maybe for 3 C/wing duty might be a fit |

Willy’s gonna have one year over 80pts, this season (his contract year go figure
)
They aren’t the same player at all. Willy is a 0 on the season, and Marner is +19. Willy’s defence will never be elite, I just hope one day it’s good enough that his line can outscore their opponent. The 2nd line rarely faces top shut down pairing, or the other teams 1C, so his +/- should in theory be much better than it is. It’s fun when he scores, but we have to treat getting scored on with the same level of importance. I don’t think Leafs fans understand that - Arctic_AARDVARK
A little tough to compare apples to apples when Marner plays on the line with the top goal scorer in the league. I know, there are a few “yeah but”……on that statement, but swap Willie and Marner for a whole year and that +- changes considerably. |

From the tweeter.
"With a win tonight, the Leafs would sweep Rielly's five-game suspension and improve to a record of 19-2-1 in games that Rielly watches from the press box since the start of last season"
I believe overall its something like 34-14 without morgan |

To be fair, he put up 87 last year, and 80 the year before |

Didnt he have 87pts last year and 80 the year before?
There was a big gap between willie and marner their first 6 years, willie has greatly closed that gap the past 3 seasons (including this one).
Lets hope it continues |

I was about to edit my post regarding the +19 Marner is.
He's getting some easy match ups and/or he has a centre that can score hat tricks like its' meh
while Nylander is getter harder match ups and/or he has a centre that's in a funk, snakebitten perse |

Wait JT on line 3?? Madness, madness I tell you.
Wonders never cease. Some %$^$#s ripped on me for even suggesting that at the start of the year. You can't do that to your captain 10 mil player how dare you even suggest it.

It’s just funny watching everyone poop on Marner because they want Willy to have the spotlight. But as the season goes on, the better player is becoming more obvious. The Leafs have a +19 goal differential with Mitch on the ice 5v5. That’s ginormous. |

They can and they will!
Also Big Rig is Pat Maroon's nickname. Kraken fans need to get original nicknames for their players stealing another guys is bush league.
