Here's get ripped quick plan, that works!
Intermittent fast from 6pm to 10am the next day. Eat nothing. Water is fine. (I even drink beer and it still works for me but better to go full fast obviously)
Then, start doing mountain climbers in 3 variations but continual without stopping.
20 x legs outside of arms wide, alternate left then right for a count of 20, in stride without stopping switch to
20 x legs straight up and back, like running with your hands on the ground, then switch in stride without stopping to
20 x legs to opposite elbow, left knee to right elbow, right knee to left elbow.
You're getting obliques, top and middle abs and lower/man line area.
Put on your favorite pump up song and try to rinse and repeat for the whole song. A normal length song will get you close to 400 total.
You do this for two weeks you will lose copious amounts of weight at the same time toning the whole upper body and you will see abs. Promise. If you really want to shred, do it twice a day: morning and night
Got get it fellas. Start now and you will all be ripped by summer, or not air lifted off a beach in two weeks. - underhill14
This workout doesn't have enough NECK.

Maroon stole it off him, had it in Dallas long before... besides Maroon's nick is Fatty Maroon anyways - Roadrunner75
It was actually Corey “thr worm” Perry who gave Maroon the nickname when he played with Maroon on the Ducks apparently.
I like Fatty Patty better though. |

SJ already using 2 retention spots for this year and next. Do they want to waste next year on Ferraro when they could be looking to move Vlasic, Hertl or couture out? - Aaron_85
I was more thinking getting a 3rd party team involved that would want draft picks.
Would obviously make the deal not as good for SJ but its up to them if they want to retain.
Would help Tre with signing a RHD in FA for market value when you have Ferraro and McCabe making a combined 3.6M.
Next year
Rielly-Lily or someone else
Ferraro-?

Indeed but that $ can also come from JT leaving entirely and some plug playing L2 Centre for a measly 4 or 5 Milly. - Cush29

It’s just funny watching everyone poop on Marner because they want Willy to have the spotlight. But as the season goes on, the better player is becoming more obvious. The Leafs have a +19 goal differential with Mitch on the ice 5v5. That’s ginormous. - Arctic_AARDVARK
Well to be fair - Mitch is typically on with the guy who is gonna score 70 this year… so that kinda helps in the + goals situation. And he’s also arguably the best 2ay centre in the league. |

Or just wear a sunshirt.
Which you should probably do anyways - skin cancer is a beeeyotch. - Atomic Wedgie
We go south every year ..sometimes twice ..so I feel like a bit of an expert in skincare. My trick, and bare with me b/c it sounds pretty (frank)ing lame, is to use tanner before and while travelling.
Get the good stuff so you don't look like Trump or an oompa loompa.
The theory is you get to look tanned and get to cover yourself in SPF 40+ avoiding cancer-risk. It's worked for me ..plus the other travelers (on the way down) are always jealous of my nice starter tan and coconutty smell. |

I meant like the contract he signed and the type of player he is.
He has hatty this year so far. Nothing compared to Big Papi.... man that sound weird calling that when I thinks of the baseball player who played for the Red Sox when I see that name. |

Another gem from Siegel:
The Leafs need Bertuzzi to score too. They need him to lead the second wave of scoring behind the big four forwards. He’s paid to do so. The question is whether that’s still in him. Bertuzzi has scored 15 goals in his last 102 regular season games. - Atomic Wedgie
Yeah but he had that one good playoff that one time

And I'd just like to add a personal observation:
A lot of us amateurs think of a "Selke guy" as someone really good in their own end.
Matthews is phenomenal defensively in the offensive zone (and neutral zone).
I think this needs to be given a lot more consideration - I'd rather have a guy strip pucks in the offensive zone than the defensive zone - to me, that's better defence. - Atomic Wedgie
He is by far our best defensive forward. Ususually first guy back on his line and hard on the puck

This workout doesn't have enough NECK. - GalacticStone
I was waiting for Skalapy to say exactly that.
The thick neck comes after the ab workout.
That workout I posted is to just get the gut down before a Mexico trip...even though a Mexican trip usually works ones bloated gut out on its own, just not til few days in or when you get home. *diarrhea turd emoji* |

Enjoy your vacay! Stayed at a Bahia in DR, excellent resort. But yea, definitely need to get in shape but also, and a lot of men forget, manscaping is a must.

About 20 years ago, we were going to take a winter getaway to a beach.
So the Mrs. and I decided to do some tanning beds before the trip - the idea being you start with a base.
There was a place around the corner from us.
I warned the attendant that I'm the pastiest white guy she's ever met, so go easy on me. She assured me that the first dosage is always so low, there was nothing to worry about.
I came out looking like a lobster.
The poor woman was so apologetic. Offered a refund.
Anyhoo, that's what I'm working with, plus I had a tiny bit of skin cancer (just basal cell carcinoma - the "best" kind to get).
So I'm the guy wearing SPF 75, a long-sleeve sunshirt with a hood, a hat and glasses.
And holding at least one drink. |

It only took the Leafs 7 playoff rounds to get to Bertuzzi's level |
