Zucc, Buch, Vatrano…that’s 3 studs right there - Slimtj100
I'm not saying not to get a rw, its what they need, but Zib has to fix Zib. He aint right this year. Needs a damn haircut, (frank)ing hippie |

Think some of the blame lies with Laf too. Think the expectations of being the #1 were weighing on him. |

New baby excuses lol
I just hate seeing him getting killed all year. What he’s done for this team over the last 4-5 years is pretty freakin good.
I said it all year, they need someone that can skate with them. They are both legit the fastest guys on the team when they get it going up and down the ice |

I know but imo Panarin and Laf could probably play with anyone - Slimtj100
But, on top of breaking up our best line, you're moving the top face off guy in the league to the wing. On a line with another decent face off guy. Our possession stats and subsequent numbers would take a hit. |

Well comes with the territory, and I bet he would be the first to say it. Hes been playing like a top 10 center in the league for the last few years, hes having a bad year.. It is what it is. |

Ideally I’m getting a center who can win draws tho lol
It’s just an idea, that no one particularly likes
BFF line would be something we’d go bonkers over imo. It would be awesome |

The only guy I can think of that could possibly be available that could make your idea become a thing is Ryan O’Reilly
But Nashville is still an unknown. They are very much in it still.

But, there is NOBODY in the league that is winning more than the guy already on our team. Why wouldn't the task be to find the right guy to fit the wing while leaving our best line alone? |

How did it feel watching that game, essentially that being a home for the Rangers? - blacksheep1
It felt good at home knowing the only people dumb enough to pay those mark ups to sit in that stadium eating overpriced chicken tendies was you and them. |

My point is mostly, we’ve seen Panarin make Ryan Strome look like an all star at times and was it Copp with him? Who was pretty good. I feel like any center with a decent skill set could be as good on the line. Trocheck is a great all around player so it looks a lot better now with him there so I get it. But I’m killing two birds with one stone and keeping the 3rd line in tact. |

Strong win. My fav part was when Hughes saw a hit coming and turned toward the boards then got pissed he didn't draw a boarding call. What a tool. You know you're gonna get hit - you put yourself in that position when the train has already left the station and that's on you. |

lol, I don't want to keep belabouring this. But, you have yet to acknowledge that this would simultaneously drop our faceoff/possession numbers by 10%!!
That is too much to justify the move, IMO. That's my soul point. |

I didn't go. But I can tell it hit a nerve. You gotta cope with this Devils team being quitters. Because they are DMS. |

I addressed it by getting a center who can win draws. What about Hayes? He’s 56%.
Zib could not have to take draws and I increased the possession on the first line Zib is just under 50%
Hell maybe you move Zib to RW |

Gotta think JD would rather choke on hotdog than make a trade with the Rangers. Same with Gorton. |

Columbus is a mess, they are a rudderless ship
JD doesn't know how to make trades, I bet they don't do anything until they get a new GM this summer

Not really interested in Hayes. I don't think we should try and big brain this situation... They will just go out and get a top 9 RW to play with Zib and Kreids. |
