Delauriers might have landed a couple of glancing blows but Rempe's reach kept him at bay. Most of Deslauriers puched landed well short. Deslauriers took numerous shots. - MJL
You’re straight up wrong. Watch it on YouTube. That fight was even. Watch that kids hair fly in the opposite direction when Nick D connects. Both guys had short misses. Your just looking at the bruise on Nd’s head.
Strong game by the Flyers. Out played the Rangers really for most of the game. Just lacking the finish and the offensive fire power. They have to sell. Whatever they can get a a quality asset for. Should be looking to deal Konecny especially. If it was going to happen, would most likely be an off season move. Not likely though.

I thought D-low landed 8-9 of his punches. 5 or so we’re right on the button. Kid can take a punch….he also landed a more then a few bombs on D-low….when two guys do that I’ll call it a draw.

Most of ND's punches fell short or just glanced the kid's face. A couple hit the kid square between the eyes tho.
Rempe's reach advantage was just ridiculous. Boogaard-esque.
ND pulling the guy's legs out at the end was sneaky way to land on top.
Rempe gets credit for not backing down against the vet and ND gets credit for going right at the new sheriff in town.
Rempe with that size reminded me of Ratcliffe....difference is Rempe can skate and play a physical game. Remember when Bill always defended Ratcliffe and I would argue he didnt have NHL wheels

Interesting take from Elliot Friedman. Watching some of the Avs/Laffs game on NHL Network and in the intermission he mentioned that teams are inquiring about Seeler and Walker as a pair. I wonder what type of a package those two together would garner? Hmmm...

Some of ND s did land short and so did some of Rempes
…after watching again I counted a bunch for D low that connected 4or 5 right on the button…same with Rempe’s though… I still think draw.. even if out of respect to both guys… great tilt.

I would think so. I'd think a first and a second. Or a first and a good prospect. However, if the Flyers trade those two you can basically forget about the playoffs.

I don’t know about the missing the playoffs…Risto has been better in his own zone…and I think maybe it’s good for the future to have a kid up like Andrae that seems to be producing ok….now if they move another guy or two, then ya…
We lost but that was a really good game.
Even with a loss I was proud of the boys.
That was probably the best hoxksy game that I've seen in some time.
If coots or frost hit those wide open nets we could have won that game or taken it to OT.
These boys can play and hold their own against the best in the NHL

Risto is injured though and who knows when he will actually make it back. Andrae could work I suppose. If they move Laughts as well I think that would close the door. It's weird though...sometimes when players are traded it wakes up the rest the team and they play better after the trades are made. Would be great to gain some good assets and still make the dance somehow.
The fight was god damn epic. Love that - Hextall271
That fight was great. I admit that when ND got the jersey over that kids head I wish he would have unloaded on him more

That’s the outcome I want…. It’s so important to follow through with the process….if they can be playing a bunch of meaningful games in March and beyond that is also a great tool for the younger guys to learn going forward….

Man, have to think leafs would pay up for Seeler, player and cap hit fits. I could see panthers giving late round pick for Staal

It was a great fight and of course MJL will root against ND and he was probably horrified that there was a fight. Rempe is a monster and he definitely got in some great shots but ND held his own and it was a great fight that brought me back to the good old days.
