I played baseball and later softball as an adult ... I loved playing the game but watching it bores me to tears.

EDIT: yes NASCAR is great for an afternoon snooze ... all those left turns are so exciting!

As a kid, I use to head out to the big o with a friend fromt he west island to buy $1 bleacher sets and get a hot dog, bag of chips and a coke for $1.50.

I got $5 a week for allowance.

I'd go 2 x a week, if they were in town.

I was 11-12 at the time.
