So much laziness and carelessness on the PP. some of it stems from arrogance. |

Certainly looks that way when Geno tries the exact same 1 man entry that failed not 10 seconds earlier |

Even a loser point out of this would be a great accomplishment… |

Hanging on and getting at least a point against one of the best teams in the West. I’ll take it. |

They earned this point. It didn't look good after twenty minutes.
Puustinen, O'Connor, Bemstrom, Puljujarvi and I'll add Harkins all played well. These are the guys who can play the way Sullivan wants to play the game. I hope he sees that after tonight.

I noticed Harkings played in his place the final shift the Malkin line was out there. Hopefully just a bit dinged up and he can play next game.

Ok I'll admit Puustinen is starting to grow on me a bit.
DOC is still my guy though. Hopefully starting to break out offensively.
For giving up 3, Jarry was pretty incredible. Both goalies really, lots of good chances.
Really nice win and an entertaining game. Feel sorry for the fickle fans who stopped watching. |

Make no mistake, Crosby was the best player on the ice and Rakell was a close second. Some could argue Tyler Myers was Pittsburgh's third best. On the first goal, Rakell outworked Blueger and Myers for the puck, then completely undressed Myers in front of the goal to score. Myers then put Vancouver two men down with a bad penalty. Sid with an incredible pass to Rikell, he showed such patience. Still the best in the league. |

Puck drop was around 11:40pm here... By my estimate I fell asleep 11:35 haha. Truthfully, I had no intentions of trying to stay up for this one. Very happy for you guys who went the distance and received a happy ending haha unlike the Vegas game. Sounds like I missed a real doozy. |

One of my best friends in life moved to Vancouver a few years ago. He started texting me about the game in first period "you made the right call going to bed to not watch your Pens get smoked" hahah what an idiot |

Jake, Rust, DOC. The Tiny little coward club is in the stands. Maybe the Pens start playing some real hockey. |
