Fairly sure Savard can’t fetch a 1st round pick… I like the guy and I think it would be better trading him next year at the deadline, not this year…

Reliable shutdown D with a decent contract (one more year after this @ 3.5 mil) ... a contending team could do a lot worse IMO.
