I don't really get it, but I'm seeing Warren Foegele on a lot of trade boards lately. If the Oilers do want/need to shed his cap, the Rangers should generously do them that favour.

i can guarantee you they want rempe and edstrom getting playing time so they can have a real shot next year. i can also guarantee you they will not balk on a trade simply because they only get to carry 22 instead of 23 players. The players on the ice during the games are way more important than an extra forward

I’m just saying they can keep 23 players with additions coming. I’ve done it. I don’t think it’s etched in stone either of them see Hartford again, they’ve made too much of an impression so far

Try different combos, game to game matchups (like ok Rempe is in because this “goon” is in their lineup), or Edstrom because we need a bigger guy in there. I think it’s a good idea to not limit the 4th line to these set 3 guys every game and instead maybe you find a trio that may work the best vs a specific team

Granted the playoffs the 4th line is most likely
Goodrow Jbrod Vesey, but the two big men should stick around all season imo. This is great depth which we rarely have had this year. I’d much rather have them practicing here in the pros instead of playing in Hartford. It’s not like they’ll forget how to play hockey if they aren’t playing in games

He’d be good exactly for the same reason vatrano was 2 years ago. You get him for dirt cheap from a competitive team as a camp dump. To pay for vatrano this season would be astronomically bad, especially when he doesn’t contribute defensively or as a playmaker

Dude I’m saying that he was a good addition because we snatched him up for pennies on the dollar to help Florida make room. That is the kind of shrewd move that allows you to make other moves elsewhere.
