Vatrano and Dowd would make the most sense because Dowd played under Lavy and he could probably move to 3C or 4C during any given game. And he’d be cheaper then most of the other guys mentioned

Those two are right about on the button for cap room for us. And neither is a rental. I know Dowd is hurt he is day to day now

Prior to the game, NHL Network listed the Rangers as one of a handful of suitors Guentzel. Projected lineup showed Kreider moving to RW which has never happened, so unless Guentzel can play RW it will never happen. Still interesting, he’d be a massive add.

What would it take to get Henrique, Vatrano, and Lyubushkin from the Ducks. Those three would kinda check all the boxes

Ducks fans are very ambitious thinking they’ll get a crazy haul for Vatrano. Caps fans are very reasonable I have to say.

Not impossible, but highly highly unlikely.

Vegas is starting to really bug me. Too good too quick, cap gymnastics, win a cup, more cap gymnastics… not sure if their run will last more than a few seasons, but looking forward to their demise.

I love it, to be honest. Look at what a little bit of investment bought them. Loyal fan base, destination market for players, and a championship. I wish every team operated like Vegas.
