it's a little weird that the Canes would help the Leafs facilitate a trade for a measly 6th round pick

looks like Vatrano and Henrique had big nights for the Ducks

you would think if something was actually close with one or both of them the Ducks wouldn't have played them so much last night

edit: big night for Duclair too

Okay there was a couple posts weeks ago about getting jerseys done up I've decided I want a Rempe jersey. What it doesn't need to be authentic but I know some of you guys are using like dhgate or whatever and then buying name plate kits. Want an outdoor stadium game Jersey for this year

If you have cap space you don't plan on using, get something for it. I like it.

He fit very nicely his 1st stay with the team, and his 26 goals would be 3rd on the Rangers.
- OLDSCHOOL#6

I understand that all looks nice and all, but we have no idea if that will translate here. Hes got 27 goals playing for a team with a ton of playmakers. Everyone is, Im assuming, expecting Vatrano to play with Mika and Kreider... which one of them is the playmaker? Who's gonna feed Vatrano? Kreider? LOL. Mika has looked like he's playing hot potato with the puck on his stick lately. That line needs someone that can play possession, hold the puck, draw defenses and make passes. That line has 2 scorers, what they don't have is someone to take the pressure off of them.

It’s so dumb to say he stinks. You don’t like him fine, but he has never stunk on one leg he scored one of the best playoff goals we’ve seen in years. And everyone to a man hit the ceiling in their homes went that puck went in
- Slimtj100

I never said he stunk. I said he wasn't the Kane we needed. Large difference. There was no geling with Bread and it didn't make our overall performance better. If you think it did, how did we go out like we did?

Vatrano and Henrique (Both 50% retained)

for

Jones, Lechyshyn, Goodrow and 7th rounder in 2025

All but done as per source.

Blocked shots in a vacuum, fine. But if you're constantly having to block shots that's bad, because by percentage more shots are taken which leads to more goals.

I'm guessing at some point 2 players went diving after a loose ball and landed on Lindgren, shedding some blood.

That's fine. But I doubt all 187 came on the PK.

Well, I think its a 2 fold thing... the Ducks dont play much defense, so naturally they'll be giving up a lot of shots. But also, there has to be a willingness by the player to actually get in front of the shots, a lot of shots.
