Vatrano's offensive chart is solid, his defensive chart is probably as bad as Lyubushkin's.

Exactly. Vatrano is scoring at a much higher rate than he should be. Probably not sustainable

Vatrano is also playing on a crap team, just saying. Not doing him any favors

So is Eberle. Not as bad as the Ducks, but still bad.

He’s like -18 lol it’s irrelevant tho. Any chart any knock. The chemistry with Zib and Kreider was undeniable and that matters over anything you want to say imo

Two years from now, when Kakko is pulling down close to 4 mil and scoring 10-15 goals, you'll be asking, " why didn't we get rid of him".

I am more curious what vatrano defensive numbers were when he played for the rangers

Yeah, they had chemistry. But was that sustainable or was it it lighting in a bottle. Like Motte the past couple of years. 1st year, worked well. Last year, not so much.

I don't know, I know he has severe finishing issues, but I do believe Kakko will regularly score 20+ goals a year in this league

Better than they were now, but that team got bailed out way more by Igor.

So goalie play factors in a lot for players numbers on those charts?! Interesting. Have to take that into consideration too then, who plays with what goalies. Annoying lol

I had a thought last night on Tarasenko.. if a 3rd party team acquires him first at 50% and then we acquire him from the 3rd party team with that 2.5 cap hit, where we’re not involved in the retention part of it

It’s probably complicated but doesn’t sound illegal. He’s probably the most ideal guy but the full 5 million is a real kick in the ass

Maybe we should be worried more about Mika's woeful offensive performance and less about a guy who knows how to put the puck in the net.

Mika had one of the best offensive post season's a Ranger center has ever had in 2022 playoffs with 24 points in 20 games

I am very willing to hold out hope that that Mika will show up once the post season begins

Except I dont think Eberle's numbers are inflated. 14g 21a in 55 games seems very the norm for him, plus, considering hes on a pretty bad team, his defensive numbers are pretty good. For Vatrano, being at 27 goals and a 15% shot percentage seems crazy.

Let me be clear. I know.

I've posted the stats of how bad he's been since Christmas. the discussion devolves into, he needs a better RW. 20 & 93 need to be split up. drop 20 to the 3rd, etc. The ground is beyond trampled with the topic.

one thing I will say about Eberle, he's come up big in the playoffs, he's clutch

I just dont want to get caught, overpaying for a guy who's having an irreplicable season.

Well. maybe someone with finishing touch may help him snap out of it. Open up a few chances he's not getting now.

I’ve been on this all opinion all season. It’s not a coincidence that the RW revolving door never happen until this year, and every year those two have been magical for the most part when the RW was good/great
