Do you real flames fans think they couldn't or shouldn't have gotten more in return in each and everyone of those returns? Sure Lindholm seems good. Otherwise I am considering Conroy as bad as Chiarelli Subtract the Lindholm deal... what did they really get?

We will never know what was offered and how Conroy haggled. He has been assistant GM for many years, so if anything, he learned from Treiliving through the good and the bad.
Would I have liked more? Absolutely.
I think Conroy did Tanev a solid and asked him where he wanted to go. This might have made the return less but in the long run, it's good for team morale.
As for the Hanafin return, I hear that his agent hijacked a lot of trade talks. Hanafin kind of (frank)ed the flames over. But part of me thinks Treilivings hard negotiating tactics were the reason for these guys leaving the way they did.
No way of knowing.
