so are we okay with part with one of them for Guentzel but not other players. Hmm. - blacksheep1
I wouldn't trade either of them for anyone.
I get that we are gearing up for a deep run. But, I see those 2 as significant pieces of our next 6-8 deep runs. Nothing is guaranteed except the fact that everyone starts 0-0-0 again next fall. |

Like fox at center - picklerick
Move shesty up to L D, he handles the puck well. Miller up to right wing. Easy peasy no trades |

If anyone could do it!
I'd be curious how Miller is on Wing for kicks.

Reminds me of the older NHL games where you could load up forwards on defense lol |

Miller couldn't be any worse at F than D. |

Phil Housley played some wing earlier in his career
but to me, if K'andre did try some forward you have a look at that in pre-season, plus the depth on the blue line is very weak

You guys don’t know what you’re talking about. Miller has been good mostly. His mistakes are just REALLY bad when he makes them. When he (frank)s up he (frank)s up real good |

He does lol this idea that EVERY PLAYER can’t move to RW is horse poop. Not everyone is Kreider or Panarin. - Slimtj100
I think what's horse poop is thinking that every winger can be equally effective on either side. This is the best league in the world, and you think guys can still be more effective than others who are just slightly less skilled, but have naturally played the opposite side since they learned how to write their names.
But, I don't want any more trades anyway, so... have a ball!! |

Can we just get players that play their natural position? - mdw7413
Can the Rangers afford to move Zibanejad from center to on all-fours though? |

I just don’t see the rangers putting this much energy into something where the player can’t play RW lol call me crazy |

In other trade buzz, I'm still hearing #NYR are very in on Guentzel talks. Sounds like CAR and VGK could be top competition.
Multiple sources wondered if Drury can get it done without using a top prospect. Perreault still sounds like a hard no, but could he soften on Othmann? |

There HAS to be an extension in place if we're giving up assets like the ones mentioned. But that's what scares me - JG said he wants to test free agency. |
